These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of https://herpitextile.com/ (“Site”) operated by Herpi Textile Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Site.

Orders and Delivery of Products

You can order various home textile products such as duvet cover sets and bedding sets through the site. Your order will be processed after it is approved by our Company.

Damaged Products

If the product you ordered is delivered damaged, please notify our Company within 3 (three) business days from the delivery date at the latest. It is your responsibility to prove that the product is damaged. All you need to do is report the situation to our customer service by sending clear photos taken of the damaged product. If damage is detected after our experts inspect the product, the relevant part of the price you paid for the damaged part will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not included in the damage refund.

Shipping cost

Shipping is not free for our wholesale customers. Our company will deliver the products free of charge to cargo companies located in Istanbul and close to the address. If the cargo company’s address is far from our Company’s address, the customer will pay the fee required to deliver the products to the cargo company.

Other Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Current Terms will be valid from the date of publication on the Site. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our customer service.
